Why is this a Blog?

So, I was thinking about that book I always semi-joked about writing called "Everybody Hates Mike Jones". Well, I then realized that nobody would buy it if I ever wrote it, so I decided to turn it into a blog so I wouldn't have to put in the effort of making a book to have nobody read it anyway. Enjoy!

The LeBron Issue and My New Hobby

Yesterday, LeBron announced that he would be leaving Cleveland to play in Miami. Personally, I don't pay attention to anything NBA related, so forgive me if I say something stupid, but I really need to thrown in my two cents about this whole situation. The main thing I don't understand is why people in Cleveland are upset to the point that police are stationed in front of the Lebron banner. People going in crazy directions with there career is part of NBA as I understand, and this is certainly not the first or last time some high profile player will switch teams. All this hubbub (love that word) is just the most recent emergence of our worship of insignificant things in the grand scheme of life. Basketball is a game (it pains me to say that as a flyer fan, but deep down I know its true) and LeBron's desire to win a championship isn't worth all the hate.

In other news, I have acquired this new hobby of finding actor's in LOST in other things they did. This has to be the best video I found:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUcdZ_76zwg&feature=related
