What I Think 9/11 Means to Me

I was in 5th grade when 9/11 happened, and I haven't really thought about what it means to me until now. I understand that it was tragedy, but it never occurred to me that I may have been changed in a way I didn't understand until now. I think that day is when I learned what man has the capacity to do. I learned that we have the power to do not only something evil, but to redefine ourselves with that evil in the eyes of a 5th grader.
