My 'Puter

My computer is alive. ohhhhh man.

Basically, my hard drive decided it was going to stop working during the height of my paper typing frenzy last week. Once I survived that, I got to argue with Best Buy that all needed was a hard drive, not a checkup or tire change, just a hard drive.

anyway, my computer is alive, and i've learned how screwed I am when it isn't

cool moments happen

Being in band since 6th grade, if safe to say that I have played a couple concerts. But the one tonight struck in me in a really interesting. The atmosphere was really cool; everybody laughing and having a great time. Perfect for jazz. So we get up there and play are first few songs, and the audience likes us alright. But, that changed once we started playing Little Darlin'. By the time the trumpet solo was finished, the conversational buzz in the room had become silent. As a musician, I've never heard anything like that before. People were stopping there conversation to listen to us, something that left me completely awe struck.
